Synth Like Minds is the third 7” single to be released from FOUND’sdebut album Found Can Move. Like many classic pop songs, Synth LikeMinds is an ode to two early speech synthesisers built in the 60scalled PAT and OVE. The inspiration for the song came from theLinguistics department of Edinburgh University where FOUND’s singerZiggy Campbell works as a sound engineer. It was here that Ziggyunearthed a rare recording of the two speech synthesisers ‘singing’ aduet of the traditional song ‘The More We Are Together’ and was movedto compose a tribute.

Pressed on vibrant orange vinyl, therecord comes with two brand-new b-sides: the dark and moody interludePedro Had To Leave and the wonky Prince-inspired funk of The VeryFabric.
